Responsibilities For Customer Service Executives –
The Responsibilities of candidate for this post are as given below:
- To handle calls of customers with queries and provide solution to them.
- To maintain regular attendance.
- To stay updated as per the requirement changes.
- To maintain accurate customer records.
- To provide knowledgeable answers to questions.
- To maintain quality on every call handling.
Responsibilities For Technical Writers –
The Responsibilities of candidate for this post are as given below:
- To be responsible for technical writing in markup, understand style guides, etc.
- To be able to make decisions on analysis and think critically.
- DITA XML markup, AEM and especially AEM guides etc.
Age Required –
The Minimum age required for this post is 18 years. The Candidate must be 18 years old and their is no upper age limit mentioned for this post.
Qualifications Required For This Role –
- Technical Writers post requires 12th pass or Graduate degree in any field.
- Customer Service Executives post requires a Graduate degree in any field.
Experience Required –
Both Freshers and Experienced are elegible for this post.
Knowledge And Skills Required For This Post –
- Should have good typing skills.
- Should have good written and communication skills in English.
- Should have knowledge of Microsoft tools.
- Should have strong problem solving and analytical skills.
- Should work collaboratively with the team.
