Responsibilities For This Role –

The Responsibilities of candidate required for this role are as given below:

Queue management and handling day to day operations for technical support to staff

Identify development areas and coaching areas

Quality improvements and CSAT analysis

Managing and leading a team of agents to meet project specific SLA's

Manage day to day operations by adequate resources to handle call volume

Handle training and create learning oppurtunity

Conduct performance appraisals of team members

Review standard operating procedures and ensure that the operational team adheres to the procedures

Ensure the service desk internal improvements with the process and quality team to define and implement the same.
