Responsibilities For International Voice Support –
The Responsibilities of candidate required for this role are as given below:
- Understand the queries of customers and resolve accurately
- Adhere the AHT - Average Handle Time
- Ensure routing and escalating queries to correct department whenever required
- Ensure customer satisfaction target is met.
Responsibilities For Service Desk Associates –
The Responsibilities of candidate required for this role are as given below:
- Provide level 1 support for all in scope services
- Act as a single point of contact for user requests and resolve issues on first call or route to the appropriate resolving support group
- Perform active case management and be accountable for end to end delivery of requests
- Develop, establish and maintain call prioritization guidelines and escalation procedures
- Provide a system status recording with status information such as major incidents and estimated recovery time
- Ensure all the specified SLAs are met in accordance with the customer agreement
- Maintain and drive the call quality keeping customer satisfaction as priority
- Escalate customer concerns on timely basis and follow up to closure
Age Required –
The Minimum age required for this post is 18 years. The Candidate must be 18 years old and their is no upper age limit mentioned for this role.
Qualifications Required For This Role –
- The candidate applying for International voice support role must be 12th pass or a graduate degree with minimum one year of experience.
- The candidate applying for Service desk associate role must be graduate degree with minimum two year of experience.
