Salary / CTC OF Post –

The payable salary for the Student Engagement Specialists post will be Rs  25,000 per month. Further details will be provided by company.

Responsibilities For This Role –

The Responsibilities of candidate for this post are as given below:

• To create awarness among college students NxtWave's missio and offerings.

• To facilitate discussions, activities and group interactions before the event.

• To collaborate with workshop organizers about objectives and content.

• To maintain good realationships with the college POCs and CRs of college for events.

Age Required –

The Minimum age required for this post is 18 years. The Candidate must be 18 years old and their is no upper age limit mentioned for this post.

Qualifications Required For This Role –

 The applicant must be 12th pass or Graduate from any field.

Experience Required –

Both Freshers and Experienced are elegible for this post.

Knowledge And Skills Required For This Post –

• Should have good interpersonal skills.

• Should have good written and communication skills in Hindi.

• Should have good negotiation skills.

• Should have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

• Should have good persuasion skills.
