• To investigate and resolve queries regarding Amazon's digital services such as Kindle, Echo and Fire.

• To adapt changes as per work requirement.

• To communicate effectively with the customers.

• To be first point of contact for customers requests.

• Responsible for conducting escalations when necessary.
